I mean this in the best way possible…. We tend to worry about everything we need to do each day…. And that is where the “It’s all BullShit” comes in….. We must develop the ability to separate the good things from the bad things… then avoid the bad things whenever possible… I know it is easier said than done…. But… just start slowly…. For EXAMPLE: If one of you so called friends is a pain in the Ass… don’t be friends… Make sure they are a big pain and not just the regular friend… Mostly because all our friends are a little bit of a pain!
